The DepoFlex 4000 is 4.2m long x 1.49m wide x 1.92m high. The storage rack doesn't require additional fixing to the ground, however it should be placed on firm and stable ground. There are two rows of perforated girder positioned at different heights to facilitate shorter pieces and to provide further stability to the larger panels.
The cotter pins supplied with the storage rack are solid round steel bars that are partially coated with a clear cover to prevent chipping or damage to precast elements. This coating also acts as an indicator for the correct insertion depth into the perforated girders.
