Waterfront South Central, Dublin

The Waterfront South Central development in Dublin's docklands is set to be the new home for Citi Bank's new European bank headquarters. Citi will occupy approximately 300,000 sq feet or 60% of the commercial office space of the overall Waterfront South Central scheme.

The wider development will have up to 1.25 million sq feet of commercial, residential, hotel and other uses and will include several public and community spaces, such as a waterfront town hall space and farmer’s market, as well as numerous on-site amenities, including cafes, restaurants, and creche facilities.

This project is still under construction in mid 2024, however to date we have manufactured and supplied a large number of column formers with many more to come.
