The DepoFlex 6000 is 6m long x 2.4m wide x 2.62m high. For storage of much taller elements, there is an extension piece available for the DepoFlex 6000 which increases the dimensions to:
6m long x 2.4m wide x 4.62m high
The storage rack doesn't require additional fixing to the ground, however it should be placed on firm and stable ground. There are two rows of perforated girder positioned at different heights to facilitate shorter pieces and to provide further stability to the larger panels.
The cotter pins supplied with the storage rack are solid round steel bars that are partially coated with a clear cover to prevent chipping or damage to precast elements. This coating also acts as an indicator for the correct insertion depth into the perforated girders.
